Matejili Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

Welcome to Matejili. By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Matejili platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered under the Matejili brand at matejili.net, including all games (Tongits, color game, fishing games, slots), sports betting markets (boxing, MMA), the Matejili VIP Club, and all promotional offers. Matejili reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and play at Matejili, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming participation in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming through a licensed platform is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Matejili employee, affiliated company, or software provider.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or banned from the Matejili platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting as an agent for a third party when creating an account or placing bets.

Matejili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved.

Each player may hold only one active account at Matejili. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found associated with the same individual (based on name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method), Matejili will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Matejili is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your Matejili username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Matejili support immediately at support@matejili.net. Matejili will not be held liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their login information.

• Registration is free and takes under two minutes.
• A valid Philippine mobile number is required for account verification.
• Full identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing large withdrawals.
• Matejili may request a government-issued ID, selfie verification, or proof of payment method at its discretion.

Matejili accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Deposits: The minimum deposit at Matejili is ₱500. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking day. Matejili does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes during regular operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two banking days. Matejili reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name.
• Players must have wagered their deposit at least once before a withdrawal can be processed (this requirement does not apply to bonus funds, which have separate conditions outlined in Section 5).
• Matejili may request documentation to confirm the source of funds for large transactions, in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements applicable in the Philippines.
• Any withdrawal that triggers an AML review may be delayed. Matejili will communicate the reason and estimated timeline to the player.

Matejili offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all Matejili bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed the registration and any required verification steps.
• One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method applies, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Matejili VIP Club cashback bonuses have no wagering requirements. Cashback is credited as real balance and can be withdrawn immediately subject to the standard minimum withdrawal amount.
• Welcome bonuses and deposit-match bonuses may carry wagering requirements. These will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms before you opt in.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds are withdrawable, once wagering requirements are met.
• Matejili reserves the right to cancel any bonus and recover bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically to clear wagering requirements, or providing false registration information.
• Bonuses expire if unused within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.

Matejili's promotional calendar includes event-based offers tied to major Philippine sporting events, UFC pay-per-view cards, and ONE Championship title fights. VIP Club members receive advance notification of all promotions relevant to their tier.

All games available at Matejili — including Tongits, color game, fishing games, and slots — are governed by their respective in-game rules, which are accessible from the game interface itself. By entering any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood those rules.

Tongits: Games at Matejili follow standard three-player Tongits rules as widely practised across the Philippines. The RNG (Random Number Generator) engine used for card dealing is independently certified and operates without influence from player account balances or game history. Results are provably random.

Color Game, Fishing Games, and Slots: All outcomes are generated by certified RNG systems. Matejili does not manipulate game outcomes. • Technical malfunctions void all bets in the affected round. Matejili will refund stakes for bets affected by documented system errors.
• Matejili is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed in your Matejili bet slip. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues are not valid. Always verify your bet slip before closing the app.
• Cancelled events: If a scheduled fight or event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and stakes returned to your Matejili balance.
• No contests: If a fight is ruled a No Contest by the sanctioning body, all bets on that fight are voided and stakes refunded — unless the specific market's terms state otherwise.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted at Matejili's discretion. Odds can change or markets can be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets accepted before a market suspension are honoured at the accepted odds.
• Palpable errors: Matejili reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in clear error. Players will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Maximum payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to per-event maximums, which are displayed in the bet slip at time of placement.

Matejili maintains a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or circumvent any restriction placed on an existing account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage at Matejili.
• Collusion with other players at Tongits tables or other multi-player games to extract funds from uninvolved players.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, the Matejili administration system, or the game servers without authorisation.
• Money laundering or using the Matejili platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Abusing chargebacks or payment disputes to extract funds from the platform.

Matejili is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or personal harm. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your Matejili account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined time period.

Matejili may suspend, restrict, or close a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a licensing authority.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

When an account is suspended, Matejili will notify the player by SMS or email at the contact details registered to the account, unless notification is prohibited by a regulatory instruction. If funds are held pending investigation, they will be reviewed and returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within 30 days if no violation is confirmed. If a violation is confirmed, forfeiture procedures will be applied and communicated in writing.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — outside of self-exclusion — may contact support@matejili.net. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Matejili is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from technical interruptions, maintenance periods, or third-party system failures outside Matejili's control.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decision to gamble, including losses incurred through games or sports betting.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Matejili platform.
• Losses resulting from a player failing to secure their account credentials.
• Disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

In all cases where Matejili is found liable, the maximum recoverable amount is limited to the net deposit value in the player's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Matejili may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via SMS to their registered mobile number, an in-platform notification on next login, or email where an address is registered. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Matejili platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Matejili platform that cannot be resolved through Matejili's internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Complaints process: If you have a complaint about any aspect of your Matejili account, transaction, or gaming experience, contact our support team first at support@matejili.net. Matejili commits to acknowledging complaints within 24 hours and providing a full response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence Matejili operates.
